cofirmation sentence question
i'm just confirming that if i work tomorrow VS I wanted to confirm if i'm working tomorrow.
which is right? or they are same?

The second one is correct. "I wanted to confirm if I'm working tomorrow." Or you could say, "I'm just confirming that I am working tomorrow." If you say "...that if I work tomorrow," it sounds like you are going to continue your sentence.
