Native speaker here.
Number 1 is incorectly worded. It should be written I do not have a book. I have no book is not correct.
Next, number 2 is incorrect becaude we used the word any and any is used for plural words. But you used the singular word book. Number 2 should be written I dont have any books.
Next, number 3 is the correct form of number 1 should have been. But you lack information of where. You dont have a book, where? Correct form is I do not have a book with me.
Next, number 4 is rarely used in English you only are specific with the number to show significance of how little books you have.
Next, number five is lacking information. You said you do not have books. Where do you not have books. You need to add a location of where you do not have books. Example I do not have books at my house. I do not have books in my bag. Location is needed.
Overall, number 3 and 5 are correct but you need to add location it is not a full sentence if this information is missing. 4 is correct but is rarely used due to it having a number.
Hope this helps.
