你好.
English-speaking teachers. Adjectives are never plural.
Bushes and trees conceal...
She was occupied WITH her needlework. (Needlework - noun)
She was occupied IN finishing her needlework. Activity in the gerund ("-ing".) Occupied IN is also possible if talking about your location in a place, example: He occupied very little space in the big house.
I hope that helps.

They are all correct except that 1b should be 'bushes and trees conceal the road' because 'bushes and trees' is a plural subject.
