Hi, I Enrique, and I would like to present a restaurant located in Cordoba, in ribera Guadalquivir. It is called Bodegas Mezquita, near to the Roman Bridge and Miraflores Bridge.
I think is an excellent place to go because his food is traditional and delicious, the weather is ideal and the service is likeable and courteous.
I` ve prepared a menu with his best dishes. At Firts course, we can choose between a tomate soup called salmorejo, a typical dish from Cordoba. It is compound by tomatoe, bread and a bit of oil and vinegar. It is a cold dish, very fresh. Or, we can choose a chickspea dish, it is a warm dish, in my opinion I think is a meal very restorative better, ideal in Winter.
Second dish is compund by fry squid, one of our typical plates, or we can choose a flamenquin cordobes, it is a fry roll compound by meat very delicious with crisps potatoes.
At the end, we can choose three differents desserts. Orange with cinamon and honey, it is a very refreshing and sweet. Other dish is a cheesecake, there are a variation with jam, very delicous or french toast, popularly known like torrija. It is made of bread with bread, milk, eggs, a bit of oil, a bit of sugar and if you prefer a bit of cinamon.
