I wonder what’s different between the word ”elector ” and “electorate”

Elector is a single person noun a voter or person who is entitled to vote. Electorate is everybody or anybody plural persons noun, that is eligible to vote at an election.
So the electorate refers to the total number of people who can legally vote.
