'Specially' means in a particular way or for a particular reason.
e.g.
I have specially prepared meals because I have a lot of food allergies.
'Especially' is used to emphasise that a particular true is even more true.
I love walking in the park, especially in the early mornings.

We don't write "specially" we only speak like that just to shorten it...but it means the same thing
