Could any native speakers please help me check the following sentence?
Let's explore how meaning is produced in communication FROM a semiotic approach.
I am not sure about the preposition and if this line makes sense. Thank you!

It seems like something an educated native English speaker might write. Nevertheless, I would probably change "approach" to "perspective", "standpoint", or "viewpoint". Alternatively, we could say, "Let's take a semiotic approach to exploring how meaning is produced in communication."
