Today I still woke up early and did exercise as usual. However, I am not in a really good mood and got angry with my Mom and my husband. I know that to be a better person, you have to discipline yourself. Now I will write down all what I should improve clearly.

Today I woke up early again and did exercise (or simply "exercised") as usual. However, I was not in a really good mood, and got angry with my Mom and my husband. I know that to be a better person, you have to discipline yourself. Now I will write down clearly all (or "everything") that I need to improve (or "plan on improving").
Great job, Molly!

Good job. Having high standards is a good trait but don't push yourself too hard otherwise you'll just burn out. Take care.

This was really good. Continue with the same effort.
