Yesterday, I cooked keema curry for dinner. I have thought that it was very easy to cook because I bought its curry roux. I only cut a onion and stir fried it with minced meat, then I added small amount of water and the roux, finally I added some raisins as topping. However it was very salty, and we had to eat more rice to eat it. That was strange because I have followed the recipe. Therefore I learned always not to go well even if right way.

I began by sautéing minced meat with diced onions, then added a small amount of water and the roux. As a final touch, I sprinkled some raisins on top as a garnish. However, to my surprise, the curry turned out to be excessively salty, and we ended up having to consume more rice just to balance the flavors. This was perplexing because I followed the recipe precisely. Consequently, I learned that things don't always turn out as expected, even when following the correct procedure.
