Anyone knows what the abbreviation "cpr" means but not the medical one. I've seen it a lot used in a casual written conversation.

I'm not sure the context you saw this abbreviation. In marketing and on social media it means "cost per result." How much does a campaign cost to achieve a set result?
It can also mean "creating positive relationships" when talking about psychology or self-help.
There is also a very inappropriate meaning that is quite vulgar.
