Hey! Can anyone tell me how to reschedule a lesson where the teacher and I already agreed to reschedule? I keep getting this message but nothing to click on in problem details or anywhere else and the contact support option doesn’t work. TIA!
Try logging into the website on the browser version. You can email support by writing "support" followed by the at-sign, followed by "italki" followed by a dot and "com".
