What does "blush someone's face off" mean here? Could anyone plz provide some example sentences? A: Do you wanna go out with me this weekend? I could take you to my favorite spot. B: Um..Sure. I said while trying not to blush my face off.

This one is very informal and maybe British. The idea is that you might blush so much that you face will fall off 😅. It's not a common phrase about blushing specifically. You can use it in many situations. For example: "Whenever I call my mother on the phone she talks my ear off!" That's to say, she talks so much that your ear falls off.
