I came across an article online about the correlation between coffee and heart disease. I would like to summarize and share some of the interesting points here. The article says that having coffee more frequently can lower a risk of suffering a heart disease by 50%. The goal is 3 cups of coffee per day. The other day, a research team in China conducted further investigation for about 180,000 British people registered on Bio Bank in England. The research result showed those people having three cups of coffee per day decline a risk of suffering heart disease by 48.1%. The team found out the amount of having coffee, tea and caffeine is in inverse proportion to the occurrence rate of heart disease. Hence, the team claimed that caffeine can be helpful for health unlike common sense. The another research in 2022 showed that grabbing a few cups of decaf coffee, regular one and instant one a day can drastically decrease death rate and occurrence rate of heart disease. On the other hand, we need to watch health status of our teeth and oral cavity when we drink some coffee. Because those people, who smoke, drink alcohol and coffee very often, have a high risk of suffering Gun disease. So, It is highly recommended that those kind of people get rid of their tartar every three to six months because leaving tartar can cause gun disease. According to this instruction, I'll try to have some coffee and watch my teeth health in the future.
