Don’t attempt to against the company regulations or Taiwan regulations. To disclose the company confidential information such as Trade secret and technological secrets, those who violate the regulations must be terminated. Being in breach of employment Agreement can result in judicial process by Judiciary. Could you please check the grammar? I just try to translate that, but I dont know that it make sense or not? Thank you

Who is the intended reader/audience for such a message? Ideally, it should all be written in the 'passive voice' as this is less personal, and generally not regarded is impolite. As it is is sounds unpleasant, harsh; judgemental, almost authoritarian.

Native english speaker here! It seems like there some key information missing from the paragraph. For example, the first sentence: “Don’t attempt to against the company regulations or Taiwan regulations”. What are you warning people not to attempt? The way it’s written tells me not to attempt because it is against the rules, but I don’t know what I’m not supposed to do. Second, you want to change “Taiwan” to “Taiwanese”. The second sentence “To disclose the company confidential information such as trade secret and technological secrets, those who violate the regulations must be terminated.” It would be more clear if it was reworded like this: “To disclose the company’s confidential information such as trade and technology secrets is in violation of the regulations and those found guilty will be terminated.” I’m not familiar with Taiwanese judiciary but I do have general legal knowledge. I think changing the words “judicial process” to “prosecution” will make more sense to english speakers.
