How do I differentiate or know when to use "Gentil" ou "Gentille?"

GENTIL is used with MASCULINE nouns, such as MALE SUBJECTS or any objects that French considers masculine.
GENTILLE is used with FEMININE NOUNS.
Examples:
- Mon prof est gentil.
- Ma chienne est gentille.
