Hello folks, I was sharing the screen with my manager (she is American) and she said you reply to the email like: you may proceed. But then I automatically typed you may proceed NOW. Is this make sense? I saw a couple of messages saying like: you may now proceed.

I assume you're capitalizing 'now' here just for emphasis. But yes, it's fine to say that as long as you avoid putting it in all caps.

It means the same thing.

✅Does this make sense? Assim se fala. You may proceed now. You may now proceed. Now, you may proceed. All of these are correct. The first one may sound more common.
