Hi Lost Soul, Generally a ‘tickling’ motion through a touch or light stroke causes laughter, discomfort, or a reflex of some kind. An example is if you take a feather and move it quickly along your arm, it will produce a tickling sensation. In this case, ‘something tickling’ your mind may refer to an idea or thought that is stimulating your senses in some way, perhaps causing interest, curiosity, or excitement. It can also refer to an idea that won’t go away, one that takes hold of you until you fully understand it. Hope this helped!
