Though mother tongue Chinese, it puzzles me. The book is not of study of English grammar, estimated as the study of translation machine theory--the theoretical field with contribution to translation software program. Is this paragraph grammatically correct?

No. I don’t really know what you are trying to say.

I think you are trying to describe a book written in Chinese that is about translation? If so, I would say grammatically you are using the passive voice and it needs to be more concise. Maybe something like, "Even though it is written in Chinese, this book confuses me. It is not about English grammar, but rather the study of translation, especially when it comes to using translation software."

A theoretical field? I think it is talking about something more than translation software, but I am not sure what. What does English have to do with machine learning?
