I'm reading the book” An Artist of the Floating World” from Kazuo Ishiguro. He is an author who cares about human and world. The book” Klara and The Sun”was focusing on how human got along with technology. Should we abandon robots directly after we used them? The book” A Pale View of Hills” was telling a story of a Japanese woman who lost her daughter due to suicide. The book showed that parents ignored their children’s feelings could cause tragedy. And a woman who could not be accepted by a society was another problem. How women can struggle for themselves? It made me deep impression. And the book” Never Let Me Go” showed me a group of cloned human, their life aim is to be carers and donate for soldiers and others until death. They grown up in a “school”. Aren’t they real human? Shouldn’t they have right to chase their dream? The last book is “The Buried Giant” which was about a couple who lost a few of their memories and they were trying to find their son. And finally found that their son already died decent years ago. The reason why they lost their memories was because a dragon which made all people in the world lose their memories, and due to this, the world became peaceful. No wars for many years. But after the dragon died, people started to remind of everything, and maybe they will fight with each other for revenge again. The perspectives of war were philosophical and the love between this couple was beautiful. Highly recommend the books from Kazuo Ishiguro to you. That’s all for today! Thank you in advance.
