In my opinion, exercising works wonders for our physical and mental health, and everyone should exercise. I
often exercise 5 to 6 times a week doing three types of exercises:
1. Lifting weights (for upper and low body) 2. Cardiovascular exercise
3. Stretching
These three types/kinds of exercises are the ones that maintain my physical and mental health for a long time, so that I can lead a healthy and enjoyable life. It's also a matter of being responsible and discipline oneself and understand, what are the benefits of the exercise, and how bad it can impact the sedentarism in your life if you stay inactive or exercise frequently.
