Professional Teacher[Aespa breaks into Billboard Global Chart with 'Black Mamba']
Aespa has entered the Billboard Global Excl. US Chart with their debut single "Black Mamba." Aespa is SM Entertainment's new girl band who boasts its unique concept where the members interact and perform with their virtual avatars, "ae."
In particular, "Black Mamba, " which was released on Nov. 17, ranked 100th on the chart issued on Nov. 24.
According to SM Entertainment, the chart only reflected a four-day performance of "Black Mamba" since its release, leaving room for the song to rank higher in the future. It added that "Black Mamba" has ranked highest among debut songs of K-pop idols in the history of the chart, which was launched last September.
Aespa is also drawing huge attention in China where "Black Mamba" topped multiple charts of QQ Music, the biggest music streaming website in the country.
Aespa is a multinational four-member group consisting of Karina (20, Korea), Giselle (20, Japan), Winter (19, Korea) and Ning Ning (18, China).
