I was reading an article and came across with the word "retalable" but I have not been able to understand it completely in the following sentence
" It was relatable pandemic moment for many teachers who sympathize with..."

Hi, it means that lots of teachers have experienced this particular feeling during the pandemic and therefore it's relatable. :)

In your question you said retalable but in the quote it is relatable. Relatable is something that is worth relating or retelling.
Something you can "contar."
