What’s the difference between “topical”, “relevant”?
It’s a relevant question, so lets include it in agenda. Can I use topical here as well?

relevant is directly related, connected, or pertinent to a topic while topical is of current interest; contemporary.
If you are talking about Covid vaccinations - this is certainly topical. but not relevant in the middle of a conversation about your favourite pizza!

Hello, Irina!
As in Russian those are two different words in English, though very close in meaning.
Topical - актуальный
Relevant - относящийся к делу, уместный.
Hope this helps.
