I would love to write a book about Mesopotamia. It’s what I’ve always wanted. ❤️
1)Mesopotamia - doesn’t need quotation marks (“”) because it’s not a quote, you’re simply naming a place.
2)“It’s what I’ve always wanted” sounds better even though technically your sentence was correct.
Other than that you’re good. Now start writing that book, life’s too short 😉

You don't need the quotation marks around Mesopotamia. :)
