You can't exclude any activity at all, unfortunately. So you need to do physical exercises regularly for staying fit. You can do it at home if you don't want to go to a gym. It would be enough around 10-15 minutes every day or an hour twice a week. Also, healthy food and positive lifestyle help to be in a good shape.
