Which one is correct if we would like to welcome new employees to join company?
Welcome onboard or welcome aboard~

In business English, "welcome aboard" is the correct way to welcome new employees to a company. "Welcome on board" is usually used to welcome someone who is physically entering some kind of vessel for travel like a boat or a plane. I hope this helps!
