I have 2 little kids: 4 year-old little princess & 1 year-old dinasaur.
My morning rutines
・wake up my kids.
・help her to go to bathroom
・change their clothes(change his diaper)
・cook breakfast & help them to eat
・take her to the pre-school bus stop
That's about all what I do every morning.
It has to be done in 1.5 hours.
That’s really tough.
I'm almost losing my mind everyday.
My little princess easily gets angry, even starts crying when I say “hurry up! “ too much.
My little dinasaur is always running around and screaming...

That’s really tough. ("It's really tough" would work better)
I'm almost losing my mind everyday. (see below for alternatives that flow better :) )
My little princess easily gets angry, she even starts crying when I say “hurry up! “ too much.
My little dinosaur is always running around and screaming...
I'm almost losing my mind every day could be changed to either "I'm losing my mind every day" or "I almost lose my mind everyday". Great job, just a couple changes to sound more fluent but you can be understood fine with the original :)
