Community TutorThe "Triangulation" Method for Learning Similar Languages (French/Spanish/Italian etc.)
I tutor Arabic/French/English and see a common pitfall: learning similar languages in parallel can create interference. A method I suggest is "Triangulation" – use your stronger language (e.g., Spanish) to explain the newer one (e.g., French) in your notes. This forces active understanding and separates them in your brain. Does anyone else use a technique like this for language families?
