This spring was most strongest hay fever ,I’ve ever had . I cried many times with itchy eyes and super running nose. I’ve heard that, after World war 2 Japan lost so many hoses and trees either destroyed or used weapons. So government decided to plant Seder trees to compensate . Because of that the majority of Japanese have a pollen allergy. However, our countries have developed a lot of products to prevent or restrain this uncomfortable symptoms I use a face mask and nose washing, a nasal spray which makes getting fewer symptoms. Also, we can buy anti allergies medicines in drag stores but the pills have side effects, that make us sleepy, just in case I have them.

This spring I had the strongest hay fever I've ever had. I cried many times due to itchy eyes and a constantly running nose. I've heard that after World War 2, Japan lost many trees and houses either destroyed or used as weapons. The government decided to plant cedar trees to compensate, which caused the majority of Japanese people to develop a pollen allergy. However, our countries have developed many products to prevent or relieve these uncomfortable symptoms. I use a face mask, nose washing, and a nasal spray, which helps to reduce my symptoms. We can also buy anti-allergy medicines in drug stores, but these pills have side effects that make us feel sleepy. Just in case, I keep them with me.
I have a pollen allergy and it makes the spring time a nightmare, so I can relate! Thanks for sharing and keep up the speaking practice too! I'd love to help with some of your pronunciation and intonation, if you would like! Just drop me a message and we can chat.
