First of all, the word “fairly” can have many different meanings, while “enough” really only has one.
But in the meaning of “fairly” that most closely corresponds to “enough”, “fairly” means more like “approximate” or “about right”. While “enough” means that the quantity or amount is sufficient for a given need or purpose.
