Hello
I am trying to find the meaning of "Dippin’ away", "Zip in the safe", " flippin’ for pay"?
In the song "Young, Wild & Free" Snoop Dogg said
"It's gettin’ kinda heavy, relevant, sellin’ it
Dippin’ away, time keeps slippin’ away
Zip in the safe, flippin’ for pay
Tippin’ like I’m drippin’ in paint"
I will be grateful.

As a native English speaker these songs can be difficult to translate as they are filled with slangs and metaphors. This song is about smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol and living free, young and wild.
Dipping away, could mean driving away or falling asleep, honestly I give up! As an English speaker I can guess he’s talking about the effects of smoking marijuana. Chasing a high. I’m not 100% sure.
