Don Guillermo is sitting in front of Walter, Mancini is at his side. Meanwhile, Grace pours a glass for Don Guillermo. We can see that the saloon is spacious, with excellent furniture.
"Thanks, you're so sweet" says Don Guillermo to Grace.
Grace smiles. Meanwhile, Walter smokes a cigarette, a bit nervous.
"I think it would be fine to start with... the Alvarez issue." Grace starts to pour the glass for Walter. Don Guillermo doesn't answer; he drinks a little sip and start to pour a cocktail for Walter.
"Delicious, Walter, truly exquisite, what did you say its name was?" asks Don Guillermo.
"It is a ridge of Montebello, California, " answers Grace. "It has a great aromatic intensity, with seventy-five percent of Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives it notes of anise and black olives, similar to those of Bordeaux." Don Guillermo can't believe her knowledge about the wine.
"It also contains Merlot, at two percent, and Cabernet Franc, delicate tannins of an almost Bordeaux style."
"Wow", says Don Guillermo staring at Walter, "Did you teach her all that to impress the visitors? Grace is a really smart girl."
"Well, Don Guillermo, let's go back to the Spaniards."
"Don Santiago is no longer in the Commission, I fear that this is something we have to assume as soon as possible. Don Santiago doesn't appreciate our policies, he complains a lot about our methods, and... we focus too much on... that new drug."
"But... do we need his support?"
"Not really, really not."
"Well..., now that Roldan is out of the equation, what do I have to do now?"
"Mancini, the picture." Mancini shows the picture.
"Do you know who he is?"
"Oh, yeah... perfectly."
"That is the man who unites the bikers with the family. If he falls, the Alvarez will fall."
