I learned that when you speak unique noun you don't put 'the' before the noun(Pinokio, Trump, Albert Einstein and so on) but sky is unique and if it's unique I thought it should be called just 'sky' but then it's something that the speaker and the listener knows so they say you should put 'the' and it's confusing

You do not use “ the “ before proper nouns in English if it someone’s actual name.
If it were a title like boss or president we use “ the “ before
Ie the boss of the company
Ie the president of the United States
