To be scared or to feel scared? Which one is correct? Can I say "When I heard about that news I felt scared?" or "When I heard about that news I was scared?" Are they both grammatically correct? the meaning is difference? Thank you

My immediate thought is that they are exactly the same - not even any difference of emphasis or connotation. They are certainly both grammatical.
