Hi, José. It might also mean 'to review' the information, or to look at, or analyze the information again. It depends on the context. 'again' is very common (otra vez, de nuevo) 'anew' is not as common but has the same meaning.

Well, to 'turn over information' means to reveal or provide information; but this expression would only be used in certain particular contexts, e.g. if the police or some government authorities were insisting that you provide information that you wouldn't normally want to give or reveal, like if you were a bank, and the police wanted to know the the identity of possible criminals who had left large amounts of money of dubious origin with you, in numbered accounts (i.e. without the name of the the account holder). "anew" just means 'again'... So your sentence could be rewritten as: "Provide this information again."
