Tomorrow is a holiday but I am going to work.
So, I’m not looking forward to tomorrow.
You would use "I am going to" here because the plan is already made. "I will" is used for plans/decisions you make in the present or as you're speaking, but "I'm going to" is something you have already decided to do. :)
