When writing emails to others with attached documents, how to kindly remind them to read the attachments?
For example, can we say "Attached is the document with my signature." or "Please see attached my signed document." or "The document you are asking for is in the attachment"?

They all sound polite. Depending on what you want as long as you say, ´please’ is acceptable. You can even say in your example
´Please see the attached document with my signature. If you have any questions let me know’
