We use no when we have a noun like No tv, no water, no kids, an switch Ing like no talking her, no watching tv untill you behave, and we use not with adverbs or adjectives and verbs like Not done, Not interested, not boring, not later, like are you interested in the job, you could say,. I'm not interested and nope is used like no but in messages

Just yo let you know, "nope" is a very informal word for the word "not". As in: + Did you buy the tickets, John? - Nope, I didn't

No- The standard word for denying or declining. Unlike "nope", it can also be used to express that there is none of something. "There are no cats." "No smoking." Nope- Same as "no" but more informal. Just because this form is informal, doesn't mean that "no" is formal. Not- Used to make verbs negative. Conversation: "You won't fail that test." "I hope not." (shortening of "I hope I don't fail the test." It can also be used in ways like this: "Oh, I feel so sorry for you. ..NOT! Here it's like basically taking it back and saying "I'm actually NOT sorry!"
