Or
"wegen dir", "wegen mir"...etc?

Die Kombination von wegen mit Dativ ist falsch, aber umgangssprachlich machen es die meisten.

I would say in daily life, casual talking we commonly use wegen mir/dir. In books you find meinetwegen more. So it comes down to if you want to talk casually(wegen mir) or if you want to write a nice, formal email or something and want your language to sound good(meinetwegen)
