An idiom is a phrase that has a metaphorical meaning. If you look at the individual words, you probably wonāt be able to guess what the idiom means. Idioms are commonly used in everyday English, they say there are about twenty-five thousand idiomatic expressions. You donāt have to remember all of them, but itās good to know at least the most common ones (like āraining šš and ššā). Iāve noticed many people include idioms into their diary entries. Thatās a really good habit šš»

1. š=š„
2. ššš³
3.šš»ā¬ļøš“š
4. 1ļøā£šµš
5. š°ššš»
6. šš½āāļø=š»
