My favorite hobby is playing guitar . It takes a lot of practice and discipline, but it's also very rewarding and fun. I've been playing for a lot of time now, but I'm still not a really good player (this depends with whom you compared myself to). I made a lot of progress though, and that's what keeps me motivated and makes things interesting and fun. I highly recommend anyone to pick up a guitar and learn to play because it teaches you a great deal when it comes to learning by making mistakes. Since we are here because we want to learn a new language, having the kind of attitude towards mistakes that playing guitar provides you with it's super important.

Ciao Luca, well done! "A lot of time" isn't wrong, but it's more common to say "a long time". Always "depends ON". "I have made" is the perfect tense, because you are talking about over a period of time. What type of guitar do you have? I have a hollow bodied electric, but it has been abandoned as I have kids and no time! Keep practicing! Simón.
