In Spanish what is the difference between tambein and ademas?

When we use these words in Spanish, many times we think that they mean the same thing, but they are not, the meaning will depend on the use that is given to them, we can also combine them in the same sentence.
También: is used to indicate that the aforementioned is in addition to what has been said previously
Example:
Jose---Susana fue a caminar,
Paco-- pero trajo fruta
Jose-- pues si, también fue de compras
....But
También is used to indicate equality or similarity of one thing with another
Example:
las pelotas son azules y también las raquetas

Tambien means also. Ademas means besides.
