In Spanish, many verbs that change their vowel in the present indicative keep that same vowel change in the present subjunctive. This applies to verbs like querer (e → ie), soñar (o → ue) and jugar (u → ue). 🔹 The key idea: 👉 If the verb changes in the present indicative, it also changes in the present subjunctive (except in nosotros/as and vosotros/as). ✅ Examples (Spanish) Querer (e → ie) Quiero → Espero que quieras venir. Quiere → No creo que quiera hacerlo. Soñar (o → ue) Sueño → Es normal que sueñes con eso. Sueñan → Me alegra que sueñen en grande. Jugar (u → ue) Juego → Quiero que juegues conmigo. Juegan → Es posible que jueguen mañana.
