My heart beats so hard it hurts, and I can’t scream and I can’t breathe, but I also feel everything, every vein and every fiber, every bone and every nerve, all awake and buzzing in my body as if charged with electricity. I am pure adrenaline.
What do fiber and buzz mean here

"Fiber" could be used literally to talk about flesh, but here it's being used metaphorically in a series with "vein", "bone" and "nerve" to tell the reader that the narrator feels extremely excited. "Buzzing" also is being used metaphorically to describe the mental state of excitement as a physical one. The whole passage is about the narrator's excitement, but multiple metaphors to physical structures and sensations are employed to make the description literary and dramatic.
