Let's imagine my friend recommended the film to me. I'd like to say "Thank you! I'll DO IT WITH PLEASURE ") I've translated it from Russian, because we say that))) Is it possible to say that in English? Thank you đŸ€—

Yes, this means that you are excited about the recommendation and looking forward to watching the movie.

usually the phrase "i will do it with pleasure", comes as a response to some asking you for a favour, but for a movie recommendation, i don't think that i would fit here.

The literal translation doesn’t sound natural in English. But here are options: “Thank you (or “thanks”), I’m going to try it.” “Thank you (or “thanks”), I’m going to watch it.” “Nice (or “cool”), I’m going to try it myself.”

Hello 😊 I'm not a native speaker, however I would say "Thank you so much for your recommendation, I'm looking forward to watch it." It's a little bit long but sincere... 😊
