Dear Sir or Madam,
I saw your advert for the position of secretary,I would like to apply for this post.
As you can see from my attached CV,after graduating from college I worked as a receptionist and secretary for two years, which improved my communication skill and know well how to organise my boss's schedule.
Furthermore, I lived in Rome for a while, during that period, my italian got much better, I would say my level right now is advanced.
I would also like to draw your attention to my travel agency job, which I have been working with for six months, and this would definitely help me to arrange oversea business trips well.
Please also note that my current manger agrees to write a reference and can be contact on 020785765.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Your sincerely
Ann

Dear Sir or Madam, I saw your advert for the position of secretary and I would like
to apply for this post. As you can see from my attached CV, after graduating from
college I worked as a receptionist and secretary for two years, which improved
my communication skills and taught me how to organise my boss's schedule.
Furthermore, I lived in Rome in the summer of 2006. During that period, my Italian got
much better and I would say my level right now is advanced. I would also like to
draw your attention to my travel agency job, which I have been doing for the last
six months. This would definitely help me to arrange oversea business trips
well. Please also note that my current manger agrees to write a reference and
can be contact on 020785765. (This sentence isn’t asked for and might take you over the word count) I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours
sincerely Ann
Well done. You cover all the points asked for. Just check when you use commas whether you are starting a new idea. A full stop or ‘and’ might be better.
