Leadership is an innate skill and we can see a leader from childhood through a certain behaviour or attitude towards [things in] life. Great leaders are bright and brave. They have great communication skills and voice their own opinion, so people can trust and lean on them. Nowadays we have lots of courses and methods, which teach people how to become a leader or behave like a leader, but still for ordinary people it’s difficult to change [themselves] due to inner fears or a lack of confidence. Leadership itself is a gift, and people admire true leaders and want to be like them.
