Are Both sentence are correct and same meaning?
can anyone explain this?
why we can't use "before "instead "until"?

Hello!
In the second sentence, you mean the action is on God ("surrender god"). Making it as the first sentence ("surrender to God"), both sentences will have the same meaning.
Regarding "before VS until", I cannot help you, sorry.
