Recover: to return to a previous state (usually a healthy one). Often we recover from illnesses.
Revive: to return to life.
Restore: to put something back the way it was. Usually with objects not people.
Example:
Many people take a long time to fully recover from Covid.
After her heart stopped beating doctor tried their best to revive her.
It will take a lot of hard work to restore Norte Dame after the fire in 2019.
*'Recover' can also mean to find or regain possession of (something stolen or lost).
Example: After my car was stolen the police managed to recover it using the tracking device.
