hi everyone, could you help me with the meaning of the last part of the sentence I don't really understand the meaning of the part that is enclosed in quotation marks.

OPPOSED TO, in this case means, instead of, compared to, etc. So, the sentence is comparing doing something by yourself to doing something as part of a team.
